اجزاء:
مرغی(بون لیس) ایک کلو
نمک حسب ذائقہ
سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر حسب ذائقہ
مکھن تین کھانے کے چمچے
لہسن کے جوے (چوپ کر لیں) چار عدد
ہری پیاز(چوپ کر لیں) 8-10عدد
شملہ مرچیں(بیج نکال کر چوپ کر لیں) دو عدد
مٹر حسب ضرورت
ٹماٹر(بڑے سائز کے) دو عدد
سویا(چوپ کیا ہوا) ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
پارسلے(چوپ کیا ہوا) دو کھانے کے چمچے
لال مرچ پاؤڈر چائے کا چمچہ
مرغی کی یخنی ایک کپ

ترکیب:

مرغی میں نمک اور سیاہ مرچ پاؤڈر ڈالیں۔ سوس پین میں مکھن گرم کر یں اور اس میں مرغی ڈال کر 3منٹ تک فرائی کر یں۔مرغی کے براؤن ہونے پر اس میں لہسن، ہری پیاز، شملہ مرچیں، مٹر، ٹماٹر ، سویا، پارسلے، لال مرچ پاؤڈر اور یخنی ڈال کر مکس کر یں۔ ایک مرتبہ ابال آنے پر آنچ ہلکی کر دیں اور ڈھکن ڈھک کر مرغی کے گل جانے تک پکائیں۔ اس کے بعد سرونگ پلیٹ میں نکال لیں اور کریمی بینگن کے ساتھ سرو کر یں۔
