Ingredients

300 gm Chicken (boneless)
1 Capsicum (diced)
1 Onions (diced)
1 1/2 Bbq Masala
1tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1tsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Oil
as required Salt
as required Bbq steak
For garnishing
3-4 Salad Leaves
2-3 Tomatoes

How to make Chicken Steak

METHOD:

Cut the boneless chicken into small cubes. In a mixing bowl add the bbq masala,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice,cornflour,oil and salt. Mix well then add the chicken pieces, capsicum and onions.

Marinate the chicken pieces for half an hour.

Thread the chicken pieces on the skewers, alternating with the diced capsicums and onions.

Thread all the skewers this way.

Now heat in a microwave at 100% for 6minutes.Serve with lettuce leaves and sliced tomatoes.
