سویا سوس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
مسٹرڈ پیسٹ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
چلی سوس۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
شملہ مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک
ٹماٹر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک
پیاز۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک

ترکیب:

چکن کو ہلکا سا فرائی کر کے اس پر مسٹرڈ پیسٹ لگائیں پھر نمک،کالی مرچ لگا کر اچھی طرح مکس کرکے تیس منٹ رکھ دیں۔پھر گرل پین پر دو کھانے کے چمچ زیتون کا تیل ڈال کر گرم کر کے سیک لیں یا اوون میں بیک کر لیں ۔پین میں دو کھانے کے چمچ زیتون کا تیل ڈال کر گرم کر لیں اس میں لمبائی میں کٹی ہوئی شملہ مرچ،ٹماٹر،پیاز ڈال کر فرائی کریں ساتھ سویا سو،چلی سوس اور نمک ،کالی مرچ ڈال کر پانی ڈالیں دو منٹ پکا کر اسٹیک پین میں چکن رکھ کر اوپر سوس ڈال کر پیش کر یں۔
