Adnay 2 adad phaintay hoye.
Tail 3 khanay k chamchy
Adrak 3 tukray (chhoty pees lain)
Murg 200 gram (1 inch k barabar tukron main hadi k sath khoobsorti sy kaat lain)

Namak 1 chaye ka chamcha
Murg ki Yakhni 4 piyali

1 khanay ka chamcha tail garam karin. Is main phaintay hoye anday daal kar aik taraf sy omellet ki tarha brown kar lain. Phr plat kar brown karain aur utar kar bareek chokor tukray kaat lain. 3 khanay k chamchay tail garam karian. Is main adrak bhoonain phr murgh daal kar 3 minute bhoonain. اجزاء:
تیل ایک کھانے کا چمچہ
انڈے دو (پھینٹ لیں)
تیل تین کھانے کے چمچے
ادرک تین ٹکڑے ، چھوٹے (پیس لیں)
مرغ 200گرام(1انچ کے برابر ٹکڑوں میں ہڈی کے ساتھ خوبصورتی سے کاٹ لیں)
سفید سرکہ پیالی
نمک چائے کا چمچہ
مرغ کی یخنی چار پیالی
کالی مرچ چائے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

ایک کھانے کا چمچہ تیل گرم کر یں۔ اس میں پھینٹے ہوئے انڈے ڈال کر ایک طرف سے آملیٹ کی طرح براؤن کر لیں۔ پھر پلٹ کر براؤن کر یں اور اتار کر باریک چوکور ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ 3(کھانے کے چمچے تیل گرم کر یں۔ اس میں ادرک بھونیں۔ پھر مرغ ڈال کر تین منٹ بھونیں۔ اب سرکہ اور نمک ملائیں اور منٹ پکائیں۔ پھر یخنی ڈال دیں اور درمیانی آنچ پر 15منٹ پکائیں۔ اس کے بعد انڈے ملا دیں ۔ اوپر سے پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ چھڑک دیں ابال آئے تو چھولہا بند کر دیں اور گرم گرم پیش کر یں۔
