مرغی کا گوشت---------------- (بوائل) 1کپ
نمک------------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
کالی مرچ پاﺅڈر-------------- حسبِ ضرورت
رائی-------------------- حسبِ ضرورت
دودھ------------- 1کپ
کریم------------------- 1کپ
چکن پاﺅڈر----------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
جائفل پاﺅڈر------------------- چٹکی بھر

ترکیب:

رائی شامل کرکے ایک درمیانی پتیلی میں چکن کی یخنی ڈال کر پکائیں اور پھراس میں کالی مرچ، اور چکن پاﺅڈر بھی شامل کردیں اور چمچ چلاتے رہیں اور ایک کپ پانی اور کریم کے ساتھ جائفل بھی ڈال دیں۔اب درمیانی آنچ پر ڈیڑھ گھنٹہ تک اُبلنے دیں اور پھر اسے چھلنی سے چھان کر پیالے میں نکال لیں، باریک کٹا ہوا مرغی کا گوشت ڈال دیں اور سرو کریں۔
