بھنا کٹا ثابت دھنیا۔۔۔۔۔۔1 کھانےکا چمچ

ترکیب:

چنے رات بھر کےلئے بھگودیں۔ صبح ایک کھانےکا چمچ سوڈا ڈال کر چنوں کو ابال لیں۔ تیل گرم کر کےادرک لہسن اور چکن ڈالیں۔ اب اس میں نمک لال مرچ کٹی لال مرچ، ٹماٹر پیسٹ اور دہی شامل کرکے چکن کو بھون لیں۔ تیار ہونےلگے تو فریش کریم، کٹی ادرک، رہی مرچ، ہرا دھنیا، گرم مصالہ، پسی تلی ہوئی پیاز اور مکھن ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ تیار ہونے پر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
