مسٹرڈ پیسٹ-------------- ایک ٹیبل سپون
آئل----------- ڈیڑھ ٹیبل سپون
کالی مرچ(کُٹی ہوئی)------------ ایک ٹی سپون
سفید تل-------------- ڈیڑھ ٹیبل سپون
انڈا--------------- ایک عدد
میدہ------------- 2پیالی
بریڈ کرمبز----------------- ایک پیالی

ترکیب:

ایک باﺅل میں نمک، ووسٹر شائر ساس ، مسٹر ڈ پیسٹ ، کالی مرچ آئل کو اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور چکن پر لگا دیں۔
ایک گھنٹے کے بعد ایک پیالی میں میدہ ، ایک میں پھینٹا ہوا انڈا اور تیسری پیالی میں بریڈ کرمبز اور تِل ملا کر رکھ لیں۔
