Chicken boneless 200grams
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Salt as required

Capsicum as required
Tomatoes as required

Pizza dough ingredients
Flour 1 kg
Dry milk 4 tbsp
Yeast 1tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Oil 4 tbsp
Water 2 cups
Butter 50 grams
Pizza paste ingredients
Tomato ½ kg
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Oregano ½ tsp
How to make Chicken Fajita Pizza
Method
To make chicken filling mix 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tsp crushed red chili, salt, 1 lemon and 200 grams boneless chicken Julian.
Now add capsicum, onion and tomatoes and keep aside.
To make dough mix 1kg flour, 4 tbsp dry milk, 1 tsp yeast, 1 egg, 4 tbsp ol, 2 cups of water and 50 grams butter in a bowl.
Now to make pizza pate mix ½ kg tomato, 1tsp ginger garlic paste, 1tsp sugar and ½ tsp oregano in a bowl.
When dough is read pour pizza paste on it and then place chicken filling.
Top pizza with cheddar cheese and keep in oven to bake
