Ingredients

Chicken pieces (boneless) ½ kg
Tomato Puree 1 tbsp
Green chilies (chopped) 6
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds
(Roasted and powdered) 1 tsp
Red Chilies (crushed) 1 tbsp
Almonds (finely cut) 15
Cheddar Cheese (grated) 300 grams
Ginger/Garlic paste ½ tbsp
Fresh Cream 300 grams
Salt to taste
Butter 1 tbsp
Oil ½ cup

How to make Chicken Cheese Reshmi

METHOD:

• Heat oil in a wok; fry ginger/garlic.
• Add chicken and salt; cook till dry.
• Add cumin, red chilies, black pepper, green chilies and tomato puree; fry and leave on dum.
• When oil separates, add creamer, cheese and butter.
• When cheese melts, add almonds, dish out and serve hot.
