METHOD:
• Heat oil in a wok; fry ginger/garlic.
• Add chicken and salt; cook till dry.
• Add cumin, red chilies, black pepper, green chilies and tomato puree; fry and leave on dum.
• When oil separates, add creamer, cheese and butter.
