ترکیب:

پیالے میں 2کھانے کے چمچے مکھن،2کھانے کے چمچے کدوکش چیز،2/1چائے کا مسٹر ڈ پیسٹ، حسب ذائقہ نمک اور حسبِ ذائقہ کٹی کالی مرچ ڈال کر مکس کرلیں۔
اس آمیزے کو 6حصوں میں بانٹ کر الگ رکھ دیں۔الگ سے چھ عدد بریڈ سلائسز کو ٹوسٹرمیں ٹوسٹ کرلیں،یہاں تک کہ دونوں طرف سے گولڈ ن رنگ آجائے۔
اب ہر سلائس پرمکھن اور چیز کے آمیزے کا ایک ایک حصہ پھیلاتے رہیں، ساتھ ہی ہر سلائس پر 2/1کھانے کا چمچہ کدوکش چیز اور تھوڑی سی پسی لال مرچ بھی چھڑک دیں۔
اب ان بریڈ سلائسز کو بیکنگ ٹر ے میں رکھ کر200ڈگری سینٹی گریڈ تک گرم اوون میں 10سے15منٹ بیک کرلیں۔
چیز پگھل جائے تو اوون سے نکالیں اور تین لمبے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹ کے سروکردیں۔
