•1/2 kg minced chicken
•1 tsp salt
•1 tsp red chili powder
•1 cup bread crumbs
•1 egg (beaten)
•1 medium-sized onion
•1 tsp mustard powder
•1 tsp paprika powder
•3 tbsp cooking oil
•1/2 tsp garlic paste
•50 gm cheddar cheese
•2 eggs (boiled)
How to make Chicken cheese cake


Preheat the oven at 280F. Marinate all the ingredients in chicken for half hour except cheddar cheese and boiled eggs. Brush a baking pan with oil. Spread evenly half of the minced chicken in the pan. Shred the cheddar cheese on the minced chicken. Cut the eggs longitudinally and set them equally apart on the cheese layer. Cover the eggs with the left half of the minced chicken. Bake for 30 mins. Serve with vegetable fried rice.
