ادرک لہسن چوپڈ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2 کھانے کے چمچے
ہری مرچیں۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔8۔10عدد
کٹی لال مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔1۔2 کھانے کے چمچے
کٹی کالی مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی سونف۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ½ چائے کا چمچہ
کٹا ہوا زیرہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 2/1 چائے کا چمچہ
کٹی اجوائن۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ایک چٹکی
قصوری میتھی۔۔۔۔۔۔2/1چائے کا چمچہ

نمک۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔حسبِ ذائقہ
ادرک سلائس۔۔۔۔۔ گارش کے لئے

ترکیب:

ایک کڑاہی میں2/1 کپ گھی گرم کرکے اس میں 2 کھانے کے چمچےادرک لہسن چوپڈ ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ اب اس میں 8۔10 عدد ہری مرچیں شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں۔پھر اس میں 3۔4 عدد کٹے ٹماٹر ڈال کر بھونیں۔اب اس میں ½ کلو ابلی چنے کی دال، ½ چائے کا چمچہ کٹی سونف،1/2 چائے کا چمچہ کٹا ہوا زیرہ،1/2 کھانے کے چمچے کٹی لال مرچ،ایک چائے کا چمچہ کٹی کالی مرچ،ایک چٹکی کٹٰ اجوائن اور حسبِ ذائقہ نمک شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور بھون لیں۔پھر اس میں ہری مرچیں اور ½ چائے کا چمچہ قصوری میتھی ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور پکائیں۔ جب دال گل جائے تو اسے ایک سرونگ ڈش میں نکالیں۔ادرک کے سلائسز سے گارنش کرلیں اور سرو کریں۔
