Ingredients
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 1cup sugar
• 4-5 big sized carrots
• half tea spoon powder of zira and ilaichi
• Oil/ghee for greecing the tray
(You may add dry fruits e.g. Almond coconut for garnishing)
How to make Carrots Sweet
Method
1. Pour Fresh cream, sugar and carrots in fry pan. Cook at medium flame.
2. Stir the spoon again and again, until sugar and fresh cream are dissolved and mixed with carrot properly.
3. Add powder of zira and ilaichi in it. Cook some more, keep stirring spoon very carefully until it looks like a thick halva.
4. Put this thick halva in a greeced tray. Use cutter or knife to give it a shape. Garnish it. Keep it at room temperature.
5. After some hours this halva will become sweet (mithai). Now eat and enjoy it.
