Ingredients
Vanilla custard powder 4 tbsp
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 6 to 8 tbsp
Cream 250 gm
Marie biscuit 2 rolls
Chopped walnuts 1 cup
Luke warm water 1 cup
Instant coffee 2 tbsp
How to make Biscuit Pudding
Method
Make a custard with sugar and custard powder. When custard will cooked add cream ,mix well.
Add coffee in a Luke warm milk and mix well. dip biscuit in coffee and assemble the biscuit layer in the serving dish. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on biscuit. Assemble the custard layer on chopped walnuts. Now repeat the second layer same like before we did. At last dust the cocoa powder and keep in the refrigerator . serve cold.
