Beef Undercut ½ kg
Onions (cut thickly) 250 grams
Tomatoes (finely cut) 2
Whole green chilies 6
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tsp
Ginger (finely cut) 1 tbsp + for sprinkling
Red chili powder ½ tsp
Lemon Juice 4 tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Oil ½ cup
How to make Bhuna Hua Piyazi Gosht
Method
• Boil undercut with salt.
• Heat oil in a pot; fry onions golden.
• Add under in pot; keep stock aside.
• Add pepper, red chilies, green chilies, tomatoes, ginger and salt in the pot.
• Add lemon juice and stock, cook for few minutes; dish out.
• Sprinkle ginger; serve.
