سبزیوں والا بھُنا ہوا گوشت

اجزاء:
انڈر کٹ----------------- 700گرام
لہسن----------------- (چوپ کیا ہوا) 6جوے
شملہ مرچیں--------------------- (لمبائی میں باریک کٹی ہوئی) 2عدد
گاجر-----------------(لمبائی میں باریک کٹی ہوئی) ایک عدد
ہری پیاز------------------ (باریک کٹی ہوئی) 3ڈنڈیاں
ٹماٹر-------------------- (بیج نکال کر باریک کاٹ لیں) 2عدد
کُٹی ہوئی کالی مرچ---------------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
گائے کے گوشت کی یخنی---------------- ایک پیالی
سویا ساس--------------------- 2کھانے کے چمچے
ووسٹر شائر ساس------------------- 4کھانے کے چمچے
چائنیزنمک---------------- 4/1چائے کا چمچہ
کارن فلور--------------- (پانی میں گھُلا ہوا) 2کھانے کے چمچے
نمک---------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
تیل--------------- 3کھانے کے چمچے
سلاد پتے--------------- سجانے کے لئے

ترکیب:

انڈر کٹ کے پتلے لمبے ٹکڑے کاٹ لیں۔ کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کریں، اس میں لہسن اور انڈر کٹ کو تیز آنچ پر بھون لیں اس میں ساری سبزیاں ڈال کر 5منٹ تک پکائیں، پھر ووسٹر شائر ساس، کالی مرچ، سویا سوس، چائنیز نمک اور نمک ملا لیں۔ اس میں یخنی ڈال کر تیز آنچ پر 5منٹ تک پکائیں، پھر آہستہ آہستہ کرکے کارن فلور ملائیں اور گاڑھا کرکے ڈش میں نکال لیں اور ڈش کو سلاد پتے سے سجا دیں۔
