Ingredients
Mince ½ kg
Chopped onion 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2
Ginger garlic 1 tsp
Cheddar cheese grated 2 tbsp
Boiled eggs grated 2
Allspice 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed coriander 1tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1tsp
Egg 1
Gram flour 2 tbsp roasted
How to make Bhopali kabab
Method
In ½ kg mince add 3 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 2 chopped green chilies, 1 tsp ginger garlic, 2 tbsp grated Cheddar cheese, 2 grated boiled eggs, 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp roasted and crushed coriander, 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin, 1 egg and 2 tbsp roasted gram flour.
Form into kababs shape.
Shallow fry.
Bhopali kababs are ready to serve.
Enjoy with raita and chutney.

Wow it looks marvelous recipe. I have to make many different kababs recipes because we have already made shami and chapli kababs but now these kababs are getting old. That's why I want to make new kababs such as bhopali and ilahabadi kababs.
