بھرے ہوءے ٹینڑے

اجزاء:
ٹینڑے ٥٠٠ گرام
پیاز ٢ عدد
درمیانے ٹماٹر ١ عدد
لہن ١ چاءے کا چمچہ
تیل ¼ کپ
نمک ١ چاءکا چمچہپسی لآل مرچ ١ چاٰءے کا چمچہ
کٹی لآل مرچ ١ چاءے کا چمچہ
ہلدی ½ چاءے کا چمچہ
کٹا ہوا سوکھا دضیا ½ -١ کھانے کا چمچہ
ہری مرچ ٥-٦ عدد
ہرادضیا ٢ کھانے کے چمچے
تازا گرم مصالہ ½ چاءے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

پہلے ٹنٹڑے کو ہلکا ہلکا چھیل کر گولائ میں کٹ لگاءں بالمبائ میں کاٹ لیں پیاز اور لہن کو اچھی طرح چوپ کرکے پیاز اور لہن کو تیل کے ساتھ بھون لیں جب نرم ہوجاّٰءں تو ٹماٹر نمک کٹی لآل مرچ ہلدی اور کٹاہوا زاضیا ڈال کر مصا لے بھون لیں اب چولہے سے اتار کر مصالہ ٹھنڈا کرلیں اور ٹینڑوں کے کٹ کے ٰاندر بھر لیں
اب چولہے سے اتار کرمصالہ ٹھنٹڑوں کے کٹ کے اندر بھرلیں جس پین مین مصالہ بنایا ہوا تھا اس میں ٹینڑے رکھ کر ہلکی آنچ پرائ ویراسٹیم میں پکاءیں کر ٹینڑے نرم ہوجاءیں
آخری میں ہری مرچ ہرا ادضیا اور تارا گرم مصالہ چھڑک کر سرد کرٰیں
