tinday 1 kilo .pyaz 1 kilo. tamatar 1 kilo se zara kum. namak. 1 teaspoon. lal mirch 1 teaspoon. haldi half teaspoon.garam masala 1 teaspoon. zera 1 teaspoon. soka dhanya powder 2 table spoon. hari mirch 3 to4 . hara dhanya hasab e zarorat. ghee hasabe zaroorat

سب ۔سے پہلےٹینڈےدھو کر اچھی طرح صاف کر لیں۔اوپر سے ہلکا سا کھرچ لیں۔اب بیچ میں دو کٹ لگایں اس طرح کے چار ٹکرے ہوں مگر الگ نہ ہوں ثابت رھیں ۔پیاز ٹماٹر باریک کاٹ لیں۔اب ایک پیالی میں نمک مرچ ہلدی گرم مصحالہ زیرہ دھنیا پاؤڈر مکس کر لیں اور یہ مصالہ ہاتھھ سے ٹینڈوں میں بھر لیں اب ایک برتن میں گھی لیں اور پیاز ڈال کر ہلکا گولڈن کریں پھر ٹماٹر ڈال کر گلا لیں بھوننا نہیں آنچ ہلکی رکھیں اور مصالا لگے ٹینڈے اس پر رکھ دیں۔اور بچا ہوا مرچ والا مصالا بھی ڈال دیں ھری مرچ کاٹ کر ڈال دیںآدھا گلاس پانی بھی ڈال دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر دم دے دیں۔ضرورت پڑنے پر تین منٹ کا پریشر بھ دے سکتے ہیںاس دوران چمچ نہیں چلانا جب سب گل جایں تو ہلکا سا لا لیں مگر سبزی ٹوٹن نہ پاءے۔اور جب سب اچھی طرح بھن جاءے اور ھی چھوڑ دے تو اتار لیں اور ھرا دھنیا ہری مرچ گرم مصالا ال کرچٹنی کے ساتھ گرما گرم روٹی کے ساتھ پیش کریں ۔
