1. بیسن_____ 2کپ
2. پیاز_____ 1عدد
3. آلو_____ 2عد
4. پالک_____ 1کپ
5. دھنیا_____ آدھا کپ
6. نمک_____ حسبِ ذائقہ
7. لال مرچ پاؤڈر_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
8. ذیرہ پاؤڈر_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
9. کٹا ہوا دھنیا_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
10. کٹی لال مرچ_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
11. ہری مرچیں_____ 2-3عدد
12. پانی_____ حسبِ ضرورت
13. انار دانہ_____ 1کھانے کا چمچ
14. نان_____ 6-7

ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں بیسن،پیاز، پالک،آلو،سبز دھنیا، کٹی لال مرچ، نمک، ہلدی، ذیر پاؤڈر، کٹا ہوا دھنیا، انار دانہ،ہری مرچ اور لال مرچ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر لیں۔
اب ایک نان لے کر اس پر اچھی طرح بیسن کا مکسچر لگائیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کرکے ہلکی آنچ پر بیسن لگا ہوا نان اس میں فرائی کریں۔
اب سائیڈ بدل کر 4-5منٹ آلو گلنے تک فرائی کریں۔
