بیسن کے لڈو

اجزاء:
1. بیسن_____ 250گرام
2. گھی_____ 150ملی لیٹر
3. چینی_____ 250گرام
4. سبز الائچی _____ 10دانے
5. پستہ_____ 10دانے

ترکیب:

1. ایک دیگچی میں گھی ڈال کر چولہے پر چڑھا دیجئے اور اس میں سبز الائچی ڈال دیجئے۔
2. گھی کڑ کڑا جائے اور خوشبو آنے لگے تو بیسن ڈال کر خوب بھونئے۔
3. بیسن کا رنگ بادامی ہو جائے تو اس میں چینی پیس کر ڈال دیجئے اور تھوڑی دیر بھوننے کے بعد نیچے اتار لیجئے۔
4. نیچے اتار کر گول چمچے کی مدد سے بیسن اور چینی کو اتنا ملائیے کہ دونوں چیزیں یک جان ہو جائیں۔
5. ذرا ٹھنڈا ہونے پر اس کے گول گول لڈو بنا کر کسی ڈش میں رکھتے جائیے۔
6. سب لڈو تیار ہو جائیں تو پستہ باریک کاٹ کر چھڑک دیجئے اور پیش کیجئے۔
