Gram flour ½ kg
Wheat flour 1 cup
Sugar 2 cup
Green cardamom 8
Almond 20 (Boiled and chopped)
Pistachio 20 (Boiled and chopped)
Ghee 2 ½ cup
Sugar 1 tsp
Mix seeds as required
How to make Besan kay Ladoo
METHOD:
1. Heat ghee in a wok; add in ground mixture of sugar with green cardamoms. Fry well.
2. Add in gram flour and fry well till its color turn to golden brown.
3. Now remove gram flour and add in wok wheat flour and fry well.
4. Remove roasted wheat flour and mix in gram flour mixture.
5. Now in wok put together boiled chopped almonds, boiled chopped pistachios and mix seeds.
6. Fry well and remove.
7. Add this mixture to the gram flour mixture.
8. Cool completely and add sugar. Knead well and in the lastly grease your hand and make small balls.
9. Now it’s ready to serve
