Undercut 300 grams
Button mushrooms (finely sliced) 6
Ginger/Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Onion (finely cut) ½ tbsp
Spring onion (finley cut) 1 stalk
Oyster souce 2 tbsp
Black Pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Refined flour (roasted and made into paste with water) 3tbsp
Fresh Cream 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder ¼ tsp
Water 2 cups
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp + for frying
Cucumber for decoration
Rice (bolied) as accompaniment
How to make Beef Pepper Mushroom
METHOD:
• Cut undercut into thin steaks.
• Marinate with black pepper, 2 tbsp oi, ginger / garlic and salt; keep aside for 1 hour.
• Heat oil in a wok; fry undercut’; remove.
• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pot; fry onion golden; add ayster sauce , black pepper, spring onion, mushrooms, water and salt; cook
• Bring to boil; gradually add flour while stirring.
• Add cream; dish out.
• Decorate with cucumbers; serve accompanied by rice.
