sesame seeds-2tbsp
gur/sugar-required for sugar syrup
ghee-2tbsp
oil-for frying
How to make Bajre Ke Namak Pare
METHOD:
First make a sugar syrup by dissolving sugar/gur in water and heat it,quantity of sugar syrup depends upon the texture of the dough we get it should be soft but add little by little.
Take bowl add flour ,sesame seeds,ghee and rub with hands it should look like bread crumbs then add sugar syrup to make a soft dough .we should not keep the dough for resting other wise it will become hard.
then make small balls out of the dough and roll out like chapati but while rolling you have to keep patience other wise chapati will break. then cut the chapati like namak pare and fry in oil on medium heat.
