Arabic Rice vidhi

Chawal ½ kg
Shimla mirch 2 adad
Chicken piece 1 cup
Namak ½ chaye ka chamach
Chicken powder 1 chaye ka chamach
Safaid mirch 1 chaye ka chamach
Sirka 4 khanay k chamach
Peela rang Hasb e zaroorat
Kishmish ¼ cup

Banane ki tarkeeb

Chawal ubaal lain. Ab ek pan main 4 khanay k chamchay tail laga’ain. Is main shimla mirch, ubli hoi chicken k piece, namak, chicken powder, safaid mirch, sirka, kishmish daal kar fry karain.
Phir ublay hoye chawal daal dain. Mix kar k peela rang daal kar 5 minute k liye dam per rakh dain.
Garm Garm serve karain.

چکن پاؤڈر۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 1چائے کا چمچ
سفید مرچ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ ایک چائے کا چمچ
سرکہ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4 کھانے کے چمچے
پیلا رنگ۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ حسب ضرورت
کشمش۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔۔ 4/1کپ

ترکیب:

چاول ابال لیں۔اب ایک پین میں 4کھانے کے چمچے تیل لگائیں اس میں شملہ مرچ، ابلی ہوئی چکن کے پیس، نمک،چکن پاؤدر، سفید مرچ، سرکہ، کشمش ڈال کر فرائی کریں۔
پھر ابلے ہوئے چاول ڈال دیں۔ مکس کرکے پیلا رنگ ڈال کر پانچ منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
گرم گرم سرو کریں۔
