• 4 eggs
• 3 medium size onions finely chopped
• 3 tomatoes finely chopped
• 1 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
• 1 teaspoon coriander powder
• 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
• salt to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon zeera
• green coriander
• green chilies
• garnish.1/2 cup oil.
How to make Anday Ka Istoo
METHOD:
1. firstly boil eggs,cut in slices and put it aside
2. take oil in pan soute onion when colour change add zeera and garlic paste and soute.
3. add spices with little water and fry until oil comes up,then add tomatoes and cook again until oil comes up .
4. turn off gas and add eggs and garnish with green chilies and coriander.
5. serve with nan.
