Aloo Ki Bhaji
Though this aloo ki bhaji recipe is very simple but very special to me because my grand mom liked it very much. Once nobody was at home my aunt's mother in law came to our house. It was the time for dinner and there was nothing special to serve, so I made this and everyone liked it very much and admired me a lot. I was in class 8th then. I made it myself with parathas. I still remember. Now I have 3 kids and my daughter is seven years old like it too.
