الکا بسا (عربی ڈش)

اجزاء:
گوشت-------------- 1/2کلو
ٹماٹر-------- 1کلو
پیاز---------- 4عدد
چاول----------- 3پاﺅ
گھی-------------- 2کپ
نمک-------------- حسبِ ذائقہ
لال مرچ پاﺅڈر--------------- حسبِ ضرورت
پسی کالی مرچ---------------- حسب ضرورت
پسا گرم مصالحہ-------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے گھی گرم کرکے پیاز براﺅن کرلیں، پھر گوشت شامل کرکے کچھ دیر ہلکی آنچ پر رکھیں، جب گوشت سرخی مائل ہوجائے تو ٹماٹروں کا پیسٹ شامل کرلیں اور ساتھ ہی نمک لال مرچ پاﺅڈر،پسی کالی مرچ، گرم مصالحہ شامل کرلیں اور ساتھ ہی نمک لال مرچ پاﺅڈر، پسی کالی مرچ، گرم مصالحہ شامل کرلیں، 5منٹ بعدایک کپ پانی شامل کرکے دھمیں آنچ پر رکھ دیں۔جب گوشت گل جائے تو چاول شامل کرکے ملا دیں اور دم پر رکھ دیں۔لیجئے آپ کا الکا بسا تیار ہے۔
