Ingredients
• Salt 1/2 tsp
• Chicken 1 kg
• Coriander Powder 2 tsp
• Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
• Cream 1/2 cup
• Onion 2
• Red Chilli Powder 2 tsp
• Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
• Lemon Juice 2 tsp
• Crushed Cumin (Zeera) 2 tsp
• Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
• Spices Powder (Garam Masala) 1 tsp
• Butter Cooking Oil
• Curd 1
How to make Murgh Makhni

METHOD:

* Heat oil in a pan and then add buteer and chicken.
* Cook chicken till its colorchanges.
* Add onion and cook for a while.
* Add salt,coriander powder,turmeric,redchili,cumin,ginger garlic paste,tomato paste or 250 gram tomato puree.Mixwell.
* Add curd and cover with the lid. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes.
* Turn off the flame and add cream,lemon juice,green chili,coriander and whole spice powder.
* Mix properly and dish it out.
* Serve hot with Roghni Naan.
