معدے کی تیزابیت دور کرنے کیلئے ادرک اور پپیتا اپنی خوراک میں شامل کریں۔ کیونکہ ادرک اور پپیتا زود ہضم ہیں اور یہ معدے کی درد دور کرنے میں موثر ہیں۔
