۱۔ جوگنگ کرنا ایک بہت اہم اور فائدہ مند ورزش ہے جس سے جسم کی فالتو چربی پگھلتی ہے ۔
۲۔ ہفتے میں تین بار ایروبک کرنا ۔
۳۔ سائیکل چلانا یا اگر سائیکل نہ ہوتو جیم میں بائی سائیکلنگ کرنا ۔
۴۔ تیراکی کرنا۔
