Ingredients:
- Bottle Gourd: 1/4 kg
- Onion: 1 medium
- White Cumin: 1 tsp
- Mustard: 1/2 tsp
- Whole Red Chilies: 3 to 4 pcs
- Curry Leaves: 8 to 10
- Whole Garlic: 2 to 3 cloves
- Salt: as required
- Crushed Red Pepper: 1 tsp
- Oil: 1/2 cup

Method |
- Heat oil in a pan and add white cumin, mustard, whole red chilies, curry
leaves and chopped garlic.
- When mustard seeds start popping, add onions and fry well.
- When onions become brownish, add bottle gourd and also crushed red
pepper and salt and mix well.
- Cover the pan and cook unless bottle gourd is tenderized.
- As it is tenderized and oil comes on top, lauki ki bhujia is ready.
- Serve and enjoy hot sizzling bottle gourd bhujia.
