  1. Standing for long time:

    Always wear cushioned shoes if you have to stand for long time.

    Try to walk, sit and change your positions frequently.
    تھوڑی دیر چلیں، اٹھیں، بیٹھیں اور اپنی جگہ ضرور تبدیل کرتے رہیں۔

    سخت فرش پر ننگے پیر چلنے کی عادت ہونا۔

    Walking on similar surface puts constant pressure on heels which leads them to crack.
