aloo chana chaat is the favourite snack of we all sisters. We try to make it ourselves but only one of us can make it perfectly. Otherwise we purchase it from the nearer snack shop. I am going through this recipe and willing to make it myself.

Now when someone talks to me about cooking and recipes, I tell her about aalo chana chaat recipe and ask to try it. Then I receive feedback, they then ask for more recipes, I got happier seeing their remarks.

It's a tasty chat that is made with potatoes and chickpeas but also add a bit liquid gravy to make it good to eat. Otherwise it is dry and eating does not give a taste up to we want. I like it with medium spiced, perfectly balanced with various ingredients and a chaat which is not dry.

nice to serve at iftar time as everyone is expecting delicious snacks at that time. This is also favorite of me and my hubby and he keeps requesting every other day to make this chaat. And so I have to :).. I keep mixing and adding different ingredients to make the taste bit different.

I am very fond of making chaats with both white chickpeas and black chickpeas as well. As far I have observed, tastier among both of these are white chana . black chana is also tasteful but you need to add different kinds of spices whereas white chana is naturally very delicious.
