CHICKEN ADOBO

chicken boti with skin 250g salt or pepper white to taste lelon juice 3 table spoon ginger juice 1 table spoon soya sauce 2 table spoon eggs 2 no white flour 50 g crushed black pepper 40 g oil for frying

METHOD:

direct marinate the chicken with all above ingrdients and put it on side for one hour in advance now deep fry it. then serve hot Chicken Adobo
