ویجی ٹیبل اسپیگیٹی

اجزاء:
بند گوبھی ----- دو سو پچاس گرام
گاجر ----- دو سو پچاس گرام
مٹر دانہ ----- دو سو پچاس گرام
ہری مرچ ----- چھ عدد
تیل ----- آدھا کپ
سفید زیرہ ----- پچاس گرام
کالی مرچ ----- دو کھانے کے چمچ (پسی ہوئی)
ٹماٹر ----- چار عدد
لہسن اور ادرک ----- دو کھانے کے چمچے (پسا ہوا)
گرم مصالحہ ------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
بیک پارلر سرکہ ----- چار کھانے کے چمچ
بیک پارلر اسپیگیٹی ----- ایک پیکٹ
نمک ----- حسب ذائقہ


Vegetable Spaghetti banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
تمام ہری سبزیوں کو باریک کاٹ کر رکھ لیں-
ایک دیگچی میں تیل گرم کریں اور تھوڑی کٹی ہوئی پیاز ڈال کر بگھار لیں اور پیاز لال ہونے پر سفید زیرہ٬ ادرک اور لہسن پیسٹ٬ پسی ہوئی کالی مرچ٬ گرم مصالحہ٬ نمک ڈال کر بھون لیں- پھر اس میں دو مگ پانی ڈال کر مٹر دانہ ڈال دیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر دم دیں تاکہ مٹر گل جائیں-
جیسے ہی دیگچی میں پانی کم رہ جائے اور مٹر بھی گل جائیں تو اس دیگچی میں تمام سبزیوں کو دھو کر ڈال دیں اور آنچ ہلکی کر کے دم پر چھوڑ دیں- جب پانی خشک ہوجائے اور تیل الگ ہوجائے تو دیگچی اتار لیں-
ایک دوسری دیگچی میں پانی ابال لیں اور اس ابلتے پانی میں بیک پارلر اسپیگیٹی اور دو چائے کے چمچے نمک ڈال کر آٹھ منٹ تک ابال لیں- ابلتے ہوئے اسپگیٹی پر سے ٹھنڈا پانی گزاریں اور تمام پانی پھر پھینک دیں-
اب اس اسپیگیٹی کو سبزیوں کو دیگچی میں ڈال کر مکس کرلیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر سبزیوں اور اسپیگیٹی کو تھوڑا سا بھونیں- پھر اس میں سرکہ شامل کرلیں-

Hari mirch 6 adad
Oil ½ cup
Safaid zeera 50 gram
Kaali mirch 2 khanay k chamchay (pisi hoi)
Timatar 4 adad
Lehsan aur Adrak 2 khanay k chamchay(pisa hoa)
Garm masala 1 khanay k a chamch
Bake parlor sirka 4 khaany k chamchay
Bake parlor speghetti 1 packet
Namak Hasb e Zaiqa

Tamam hari sabzion ko baarek kaat kar rakh lain.
1 degchi main tail garm karain aur thori kati hoi piyaz daal kar bhgaaar lain aur piyaz laal honay per safiad zeera, adrak aur lehsan ka paste, pisi hoi kaaali mirch, garm maslah,, namak daal kar bhoon lain.Phir is main 2 mug paani daal kar mutter dana daal dain aur halki anch per dam takeh mutter gal jaain.
Jaisy hedaigchi main pani kam reh jaye aur mutter bhi gal jaain to is degchi main tamam sabzio ko dho kar daal dain aur anch halki kar k dam per chhor dain.jab pani khushk hojaye aur tail alag hojaye to degchi utar lain.
1 doosri degchi main paani ubal lain aur is ubalty paani main bake parlor spegheti aur 2 chaye k chamchay namak daal kar8 mint tak ubaal lain.ubalty hoye speghetti per sy thanda paani guzarain aur tamam paani phr phaink dain.
Ab spegheetiaur sabzion ko degchi main daal kar mix kar lain aur halki anch per sabziyon aur speghetti ko thora sa bhonain phr is main sirka shamil karain.
Lijye mazaydar spegheti taiyar hai. Mazaydar zaiqay k liye chlii sauce daal kar nosh farmain.

Wow, this dish was really tasty--added a few extra ingredients to give it more flavour [some oregano, basil, a pinch of chilli pepper, lots of garlic, salt&pepper] it turned out great, just threw in whatever vegetables there was in the house and it was a major hit!
