Palak Gosht recipe is basically made with mutton but chicken and beef can also be used. It is a dry dish but is extremely nutritious. Meat is first cooked with ginger garlic and spices namely salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, and fenugreek seeds. Then steamed spinach is added in meat and cooked to perfectly mix the meat and spinach. اجزاء:
مٹن ۔۔ ایک کلو
پالک ۔۔ دو گٹھی
پیاز ۔۔ دو درمیانی
نمک ۔۔ایک چائے کا چمچ
زیرہ ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
لہسن ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ادرک ۔۔ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
دھنیا ۔۔ دو کھانے کا چمچ
قصوری میتھی ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
چلی پاؤڈر ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچ
ہلدی ۔۔ آدھا چائے کا چمچ
تیل ۔۔ 3/1 کپ
دہی ۔۔ دو کپ
ہری مرچ ۔۔ چھ عدد


Palak Gosht banane ka tarika



ترکیب:
تیل گرم کر کے اس میں پیاز اور ادرک لہسن فرائی کرلیں۔ اب اس میں لال مرچ، ہلدی اور مٹن ڈال کر پندرہ منٹ تک فرائی کریں۔ اس کے بعد نمک، زیرہ، دھنیا اور تین کپ پانی شامل کر کے ابال آنے پر 45 منٹ تک پکائیں۔ پالک کو اسٹیم میں پانچ منٹ پکا کر باریک پیس لیں۔ دہی اور میتھی کو گوشت میں شامل کر کے پانی خشک کریں۔ آخر میں پالک ڈال کر مزید پانچ منٹ تک پکا کر اتار لیں۔ پھر اسے اچھی سی ڈش میں نکال کر گرم گرم سرو کریں۔

• Qusoor mathi ……2 table spoon
Chilli powder ………2 table spoon
• Haldi …..Adha Tea spoon
• Tail …..1/3 Cup
• Dahi ……….2 Cup
• Hari Mirch ……6 Adad

• Tail garam kr ky is mai payaz aur adrak lehson fry kr lain.
• Ab is main lal mirch , haldi aur mutton dal kr 15 mints tk fry krain.
• Is k baad nemak , zeera , dhanya aur 3 cup pani shamil kr ky ubal any per 45 mints tk pakain.
• Palak ko steam main 5 mints pakar bareek pees lain.
• Dahi aur methi ko gosht main shamil kr ky pani khushk krain.
• Akhir main palak dal kr mazeed 5 mint tk paka kr utar lain.
• Phr usy achi c dish main nikal kr garam garam serve krain.
