ترکیب:
پیاز کو فرائی (fry) کریں، پھر اس میں لہسن، ادرک کی پیسٹ (paste) ڈال دیں۔
پھر لال مرچ، ہلدی ڈال کر مصالحہ بھون لیں۔
پھر پانی میں دہی اور بیسن کو اکٹھا بلینڈ (blend) کرکے ڈالیں اور ہلکی آنچ پر پکنے دیں اور نمک شامل کریں۔
مناسب گاڑھا ہونے پر کڑہی تیار ہے۔
بیسن کے مزیدار پکوڑے بنا کر کڑہی میں شامل کریں اور پیاز، زیرہ کا بگھار لگا کر روٹی یا چاول سے کھائیں۔

This is a unique recipe. It's juicy hot curry tastes good when eaten fresh. I like it with rice. if spices are used correctly, it will be very tasty.so i love kadhi chawal on Friday and mom always make.

The nice thing about kadhi pakora recipe is it is a quick recipe with easy ingredients such as yogurt and gram flour, which are always at home. It is very tasty but keep one thing in mind that whenever you make it, always add curry leaves for making the taste more awesome.

Usually we made it but always ate it with normal roti but i got idea to eat it with boiled rice. We make it more rich and enjoyed with boiled rice and it tasted very good. My mom also then liked it and told me to continue making it this way. :)
