اجزاء:
اُبلے چاول........ 4 کپ
کٹاہو الہسن .........3کھانے کے چمچے
باریک کٹی ہری پیاز کے پتے .........1/2کپ
نمک.......... 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
سفید مرچ ............1/2چائے کا چمچہ
سویاسوس............ 2کھانے کے چمچے
تیل........ 1/4کپ

ترکیب:

پہلے 1/4کپ تیل گرم کرکے اس میں 3کھانے کے چمچے کٹاہو ا لہسن فرائی کریں ، یہاں تک کہ وہ لائٹ گولڈن ہوجائے ۔
اب اس میں 4کپ ابلے چاولوں کو 1/2چائے کا چمچہ نمک، 1/2چائے چمچہ سفید مرچ اور 2 کھانے کے چمچے سویاسوس شامل کر کے اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں ۔
آخرمیں 1/2کپ باریک کٹی ہری پیاز کے پتے ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کرلیں اور نکال لیں ۔
