اجزاء:
باسمتی چاول 1 کلو
گوشت 2 کلو
ادرک 40 گرام
لہسن 50 گرام
پیاز 250 گرام
دہی 1 کپ
ہرا دھنیا حسب ضرورت
نمک حسب ذا ئقہ
پسا دھنیا 40 گرام
لونگ 5 عدد
دار چینی 1 ٹکڑا
کالی مرچ 10 دانے
کوکنگ آئل 250 گرام

ترکیب:

آئل گرم کر کے پیاز براؤن کر لیں ،اور آدھا تیل اور آدھا پیاز الگ کر لیں ۔باقی پیاز میں لہسن وادرک پسا ہوا ڈال دیں اپ گوشت ،پسا سوکھا دھنیا ،دہی ،گرم مصالہ اور ہرا دھنیا ڈال دیں اور دیھمی آنچ پہ پکنے دیں ۔
پھر تھوڑا پانی ڈال کر گوشت گلا لیں جب گل جاۓ تو بھون کر اتار لیں ۔
چاول میں نمک ڈال کر دو کنی ابال لیں اور نتھار لیں ۔
دیگچے میں چاول بچھائیں اس کے اوپر گوشت ڈالیں اس طرح چاول اور گوشت کو تہہ بہ تہہ بچھائیں ہر تہہ کے بعد تلی ہوئ پیاز اور تیل بھی ڈالتی جائیں آخری تہہ ثاول کی ہونی چائیے اس پر زعفران تھوڑے سے پانی میں گھول کر چھڑک دیں اور 10 سے 15 منت دم دیں ۔
