آلو ----- آدھا کلو
لال مرچ ---- حسب ذائقہ
سونف پاؤڈر ----- آدھا چائے کا چمچ
مکھن ----- ڈیڑھ اونس
لہسن ----- تین جوے (پسے ہوئے)
ابلے ہوئے انڈے ----- دو عدد (سخت)
پیاز ----- آدھا پاؤ چورا
سفید زیرہ -----تین چائے کے چمچ
لیمن جوس ----- ایک کھانے کا چمچ
سفید زیرہ ثابت ---- دو چائے کے چمچ
سموسہ پٹی ---- حسب ضرورت

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں آلو ابال لیں پھر انہیں مسل کر رکھ لیں-
ایک دیگچی میں تیل گرم کر کے پیاز گلابی کرلیں اور تمام مصالحے ڈال کر بھون لیں- پھر اس دیگچی میں مسلے ہوئے آلو اور مکھن ملا دیں- اس کے ساتھ ہی اس میں باریک کٹے ہوئے انڈے اور لیمن جوس بھی مکس کردیں-
سموسہ پٹی لے کر اس میں ایک کونے سے اوپر کے آمیزے کی بھرائی کرنا شروع کریں اور دوسرے کونے کے سرے تک لے جائیں اور کونے ملاتے ہوئے آخری کونے تک جا کر سموسہ تکون کی شکل میں بند کر دیں-
اب سموسوں پر انڈے کی سفیدی لگا کر زیرہ چھڑک دیں اور کڑاہی میں تیل گرم کر کے گولڈن براؤن کرلیں- لذیز سموسے تیار ہیں-
