•ادرک لہسن پیسٹ_____2کھانے کے چمچ
•ذیرہ پاؤڈر_____ 1چائے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک پین میں مٹن، پانی، سبز مرچیں اور ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر ہلکی آنچ پر تیس سے چالیس منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
اب مٹن اور یخنی علیحدہ کر لیں اور سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے اس میں ثابت مصالحہ، پیاز اور ذیرہ ڈال کر ایک منٹ کے لئے بھون لیں۔
اب اس میں ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کر دو منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں مٹن، نمک، سفید مرچ، کالی مرچ اور دہی ڈال کر پانچ منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
اب اس میں سبز مرچیں، دھنیا پاؤڈر اور ذیرہ پاؤڈر ڈا ل کر دو سے تین منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
پھر اس میں مٹن یخنی، کریم اور دودھ ڈال کر پانچ منٹ اور پکائیں۔
اب سبز مرچوں، ادرک اور دھنیے کے پتوں کے ساتھ گارنش کر کے سرو کریں۔
