Mutton joints meat – 1 kg
Mutton piece should be 100 grams
Onion – 1 roughly chop
Garlic cloves – 10
Ginger – 2 inch piece roughly chopped
Big cardamoms – 3 coarsely ground
Cinnamon sticks – 2 coarsely ground
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Muslin cloth – 1
How to make Quetta Mutton Joints
METHOD:
Take mutton joints, then take a cloth, add roughly chop 1 onion, 10 cloves garlic with skin, 2 inch ginger piece, 3 big cardamoms, cinnamon 2 sticks, (roughly ground), make a packet and add in pan with mutton and salt along with water and boil on low heat for 2 to 3 hours.
Then add 2 tbsp ghee, cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes.
Then discard masala packet, strain stock and fry mutton and serve with Qandhari naan or simple naan and stock.
