Chicken pieces (boneless)............1 kg
Rice (soaked)............3 cups
Onions (fried)............½ cup

Green chilli paste............2 tbsp
Ginger/garlic paste............1 tbsp

White pepper powder............1 tsp

Green chillies............6
Screwpine............few drops
Oil............½ cup

How to make White Biryani
METHOD:
• Heat oil in a pot and fry onion till golden, then add ginger/garlic paste, green chilli paste and fry.
• Add chicken pieces, yogurt, white pepper powder, cumin seeds, green chillies, hot spices and salt, cook till chicken becomes tender.
• Add plums, fresh coriander, mint leaves, fried onion and screwpine, add oil and leave on dum.
