Ingredients

chciken breast 4 pcs
Oil 2 tbsp
flour 1/2 cup
Salt 1 tsp
black pepper 1 tsp
onion powder 1/2 tsp
Basil 1/2 tsp
oregano 1/2 tsp
fettuccini Noodles 3 cup
For sauce:
Capsicum thinly cubed 1
Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
stock 1 cup
Oil 2 tbsp
flour 1 tbsp
Cream 1 pkt
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
finely chopped Spinach 1 cup
parmesan cheese 1 cup
Chicken powder 1 tsp
red chili crushed 1 tsp

How to make Tuscan Chicken

METHOD:

Boil the noodles and then bake for 15 minutes in the oven preheated at 180 degrees.
now mix salt, onion powder, basil, and flour. Coat the chicken in the mixture and shallow fry it in the oil.
Heat oil in a separate pan and fry capsicum for 2 minutes. Now add garlic and fry for another 2 minutes. Now add the chicken stock into it and let it boil. Now add all the other ingredients and let it cook for 5 minutes. Make it thick with corn flour. In a plate, take out the noodles and then put the chicken and sauce over it.
Serve hot. Garnish with parsley.
