ٹماٹو چٹنی اجزاء:
•پیاز_____ 1چوتھائی کپ
•ٹماٹر_____ آدھ کپ
•شملا مرچ_____ 1چوتھائی کپ
•کھانے کا تیل_____ 1چائے کا چمچ
•سرکہ_____ آدھا کھانے کا چمچ

ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں چکن قیمہ، سبز مرچیں، شملا مرچ، نمک، اویسٹر ساس، ہاٹ ساس، میدہ اور ہرا پیاز ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کریں اور سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
اب بریڈ سلائس پر چکن مکسچر پھیلائیں اور پھینٹے ہوئے انڈوں میں ڈِپ کر دیں ۔
پھر ایک پین میں کھانے کا تیل گرم کر کے گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک فرائی کر لیں۔
