تھائی چکن ریڈ کری

اجزاء:
چکن----------- (ہڈی والی) 1/2کلو
کوکونٹ ملک---------- ایک کپ
ریڈکری پیسٹ------------- 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
فش سوس------------ 2-3کھانے کے چمچے
مشروم----------- ایک کپ
لیموں کے پتے---------- 4-5عدد
لہسن----------- 5-6جوے
کٹی کالی مرچ------------- 2/1چائے کا چمچہ
چوپڈ لال مرچیں---------------- 2-3عدد
بیزل کے پتے------------ 10-12عدد
تیل--------- 3-4کھانے کے چمچے
نمک----------- حسبِ ذائقہ

ترکیب:

پہلے ایک پین میں تیل ڈالیں اور اس میں لہسن کے 5-6جوے اور2/1کلو چکن ڈال کر بھون لیں۔ جب چکن کا رنگ تبدیل ہونے لگے تو اس میں 2-3کھانے کے چمچے ریڈ کری پیسٹ، 2-3کھانے کے چمچے، فش سوس،4-5عدد لیموں کے پتے،1/2چائے کا چمچہ، کٹی کالی مرچ،2-3عدد چوپڈ لال مرچ، ایک کپ مشروم اور نمک شامل کرکے4سے5منٹ بھون لیں۔آخرمیں ایک کپ کوکونٹ ملک اور ایک کپ پانی شامل کریں اورگریوی گاڑھی ہونے تک پکائیں۔گریوی گاڑھی ہوجائے تو ڈش آ ﺅٹ کرلیں۔چوپڈ لال مرچ اور بیزل کے پتوں سے گارنش کرکے سرو کریں
