اجزاء:
چکن ۔۔ ایک کلو
ٹماٹر ۔۔ آدھا کلو
ہری مرچیں ۔۔ پندرہ سے بیس عدد
سرخ مرچ پاؤڈر ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
سوکھا دھنیا پاؤڈر ۔۔ دو کھانے کے چمچے
ہلدی پاؤڈر ۔۔ دو چائے کے چمچے
نمک ۔۔ حسب ذائقہ
تیل ۔۔ ایک سے آدھا پاؤ

ترکیب:

سب سے پہلے گہری پتیلی میں ہلکی آنچ پر تیل گرم کریں۔ اس کے چکن ڈال کر پھیلا دیں۔ اس میں سرکھ مرچ، سوکھا دھنیا، نمک، ہلدی ڈال دیں۔ اس کے اوپر کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر(درمیانے سائز کے) ڈال کر اوپر کٹی ہوئی مرچیں ڈال دیں اور آنچ درمیانی کر کے پتیلی کو ڈھانپ دیں۔ جب گوشت گل جائے تو آنچ تیز کر کے پانی خشک کرلیں۔ تیل اوپر آنے لگے تو چولہا بند کردیں۔ چکن کراہی تیار ہے۔ گرم گرم نان کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
