ترکیب:

ایک چھوٹے سوس پین میں 1/2کپ سویا سوس ، 2کھانے کے چمچے پیکڈ براﺅن شوگر ، 1جوا کٹا لہسن ، آدھا انچ کا ٹکڑا چھلی اور کٹی ادرک اور 1-1/2چائے کا چمچہ کارن فلور ملائیں ۔ اب اس میں 2کھانے کے چمچے پانی ڈال کرا بال آنے دیں ۔ پھر 2منٹ کے لیے تیز آنچ پر پکا کر گاڑھا کرلیں ۔اس دوران چمچہ مسلسل چلاتے رہیں ۔ تھوڑا ٹھنڈاہونے پر چھان لیں ۔ 1کلو چکن ڈرم اسٹکس پر حسب ذائقہ نمک اور کالی مرچ لگائیں اور تیار سوس ڈال کر اچھی طرح ملائیں اور چکن مری نیٹ ہونے دیں ۔اب چکن ڈرم اسٹکس بھونیں ، گِرل کریںیاپین پکاکر اچھی طرح گلالیں ۔ سوس جلنے سے بچانے کے لیے حسب ضرورت پانی ڈال کر پکائیں ۔
