تہہ دار گلستان سلاد

اجزاء:
سلاد ----- دو سو پچاس گرام
انڈے ------ دو عدد (سخت ابلے ہوئے)
پنیر (کش شدہ) ----- ایک سو پچیس گرام
فرنچ مسٹرڈ ------ دو چائے کے چمچ
ہری پیاز ----- دو سے تین عدد
چکن ----- آدھا کلو (بون لیس)
مٹر (ابلے ہوئے) ----- دو سو پچاس گرام
مشرومز ----- ایک چھوٹا ڈبہ
میونیز ----- ایک کپ
لیموں کا جوس ------ ایک کھانے کا چمچ
ٹماٹر ----- ایک عدد
ہرا دھنیا (باریک کٹا ہوا) ------ دو کھانے کے چمچ

ترکیب:

شیشے کے کپ میں سلاد کے پتے بچھا دیں-
سلاد کے پتوں پر نمکین پانی میں ابلے ہوئے مٹر ڈال دیں-
مشرومز کو باریک کاٹ لیں اور انڈے کش کر کے ان میں ملا دیں اور مٹروں پر ایک تہہ ان کی لگا دیں - (نمک اور کالی مرچ چھڑک کر)
اب کش شدہ پنیر کی ایک تہہ ان پر ڈالیں-
میونیز٬ مسٹرڈ٬ لیمن جوس٬ باریک کٹی ہوئی تھوڑی سی ہری پیاز کی پتیاں ملا لیں اور پنیر پر ان کی تہہ لگا کر فریج میں رکھ دیں-
چکن میٹ کو چھوٹا چھوٹا کر کے تل کر خستہ کرلیں اور جب سلاد پیش کرنا ہو تو کپ کی آخری تہہ پر درمیان میں یہ تلا ہوا گوشت سجا کر ٹماٹر کے قتلے بھی ساتھ سجا دیں- اس طرح کہ درمیان میں گوشت کے باریک ٹکڑے ہوں اور اطراف میں ٹماٹر کی پھانکوں سے پھول سا بنا دیں- ہرا دھنیا باریک کٹا ہوا چھڑک دیں- خوبصورت تہہ دار سلاد تیار ہے-
